We Audit All Enrollment Materials After the enrollment materials have been compiled, we will review each application, and all related documents, making sure that information is complete and accurate. This process includes all Group Applications materials for each program being implemented (example: Medical dental, life & vision, etc.) to all of the respective employee enrollment forms. Accuracy is important to insure that your employees experience a smooth transition from one carrier benefit program to another. In many instances, applications are submitted with missing information (i.e. Date of Birth, Social Security Number, or dependent info). By employing our electronic enrollment process a concurrent scrub is being conducting during the actual meetings reducing the number of times that each document needs to be handled. This approach results in a reduction of down time associated with the transition from one line of coverage to another. Delays are significantly reduced and employees can get their ID cards prior to the new contract effective date. We Deliver All Enrollment Materials for Processing After we audit the enrollment materials, we will provide your office with copies (Either Hardcopy or Electronic Formats) and deliver the original documentation directly to the insurance carrier. The process is handled across the board for all programs under our management (i.e. Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, LTD, STD, and supplemental or voluntary products.) |
